Axis-Shield PoC - Afinion HbA1c re-certified by NGSP

Oslo, 1 September 2009. Afinion HbA1c has successfully completed the National Glycohemoglobin Standardization Program (NGSP, USA) manufacturer certification.

Afinion HbA1c is now considered to be traceable to the Diabetes Control and Complications Trial (DCCT) reference method. Afinion HbA1c has been certified every year since the first application in 2005.
This certificate of traceability expires 1 September, 2010.
